Dear Royal Way Limousine, Inc. We just hung up from speaking on the phone and you asked me to email you with the details of our trip to NYC for my girlfriend’s bachelorette party on 9/25/2010. It was a pleasure to speak with you and I compliment you on your customer service. Not too many companies take the time to explain things and are willing to accommodate individual needs, such as you did...and all in a pleasant manner. I want to make you aware that this schedule is a tentative one and my change but here it is. I made reservations at Lucky Cheng’s for 6:00pm. So we should be arriving in NYC no later than 5:00pm. We may even arrive at 4:00pm. We should plan on spending at least four hours at Lucky Cheng’s. After we leave there we would like to visit a few clubs and then head back to our hotel, which is not known at this time. It may even work out where we will run out of the four hours for which we have reserved the limo and end up taking a cab back to the hotel, things like that happen when girlfriends get together! Rate_service: A+ Comments: Any concerns I had about booking a limo on-line were assuaged after I spoke with Alex, and as soon as we laid eyes on the exquisite limo and met Katarina, who was kind enough to arrive at our hotel ten minutes early so we could depart for our adventure at 9:30 a.m. as planned. The condition of the limo, including the comfort of the seats, condition of the carpeting, champagne glasses, and strobe lights, along with the fixed pricing (which did not change at the end, as is often the case) far exceeded my expectations or those of anyone in our group. Katarina could not have been more gracious and helpful as she navigated her way through the crowded streets of New York on that beautiful Sunday. She knew precisely which streets were closed off for a parade, and always found the best route to each of the sites that was on our agenda. Even when parking was a challenge (such as when we stopped for lunch in Chinatown), she always dropped us off and picked us up with a warm smile and a cheerful hello. Katarina was incredibly knowledgeable about New York and was able to show and teach us more in five hours than we probably could have learned had we spent an entire week trying to navigate our way through this amazing city.
